Interlibrary Loan Service (ILL) Maintenance 9AM-12PM, Reduced Reference Desk Hours 10AM-5PM on Monday, 10/13
Reference Desk Hours: Reduced hours for Reference Services at Bobst Library on Monday, October 13 for Fall Break. Bobst Reference Desk is open 10am-5pm and AAL chat services available 10am-6pm.
We will be upgrading the authentication integration for interlibrary loan on Monday, October 13th, starting at 9:00 am until approximately 12:00 pm noon (ET).
User Impact Users will be unable to access previously delivered articles and chapters on the ILL pages, or to initiate new requests, until the upgrade has finished. Local request services for available NYU material and EZBorrow will still be available to users during the outage.
We'll provide updates through this page in case of any more extended downtime.
