Interlibrary Loan Service (ILL) Maintenance - Tuesday July 14th, 9:00-10:00 AM (EDT)



We will be upgrading the server for interlibrary loan and document delivery on Tuesday, July 14th, starting at 9:00 am until approximately 10:00 am.

User Impact


Users will be unable to access previously delivered articles and chapters on the ILL pages, or to initiate new requests, until the upgrade has finished. Users will still be able to place scan requests for eligible offsite materials through Bobcat during the outage.

We expect users will be able to resume accessing the ILL pages for document retrieval and placing new requests, but of course unexpected issues can arise.

We’ll provide updates through this page in case of any more extended downtime.
