Identified
The issue is still ongoing but the University expects to resolve it within the next few hours.
The majority of users should now be able to access materials.

Users may receive an "Unauthorized" message when trying to access digital resources. We are working with the University to identify and resolve the issue.

This incident affected: Library.nyu.edu (NYU Libraries Website), Library Catalog (Catalog Search, Course Reserves), GetIt (Journals, Record detail page), The Arch (Articles & Databases), Interlibrary Loan (ILL), Room Reservation System, Archival Collections, MaRLI (Manhattan Research Library Initiative), EZBorrow, and EZProxy.
